Situated near the main entrance to the Hospice, our memory tree offers a meaningful way to celebrate and remember someone special. By dedicating a leaf, you create a lasting tribute to your loved one’s memory while helping us continue to provide compassionate care to patients and their families.
Your leaf dedication includes:
- one engraved leaf (choose from bronze, silver, or gold)
- £120 for a two year dedication
- the option to renew after two years, or receive your leaf as a cherished keepsake
- the opportunity to visit and view your leaf during its display period
