Your Hearts and Minds community grants, everything you need to know.
Who are we?
Your Hearts and Minds is the new name for the trust charity. We raise funds for activities and projects which go above and beyond what the NHS can provide. We are a truly local charity supporting people living in Doncaster, Rotherham and North Lincolnshire.
What’s on offer?
To celebrate the NHS at 77 in 2025, we’ve launched our Community Grants Programme and have £77,000 available from our charity funds. Bids are welcomed for up to 30 grants, valued between £1,000 and £3,000
Can anyone bid?
As we are the charity for the trust. Bids must be jointly made by an employee of the Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) and a locally registered charity, or voluntary sector body from Rotherham, Doncaster or North Lincolnshire.
What’s the funding criteria?
All bids submitted must make a difference to one of our charity’s five missions:
- supporting children and young people
- supporting people living with a physical or mental illness, addiction or with a learning disability
- supporting research in our communities to drive improvements in health
- promoting education and learning of trust staff, peers, partners and patients
- supporting patients who are at the end of their lives
